Tony and Steffanie Anderson opened YogaVega in April 2017. Tony has and MBA, Steffanie has a bachelors degree and been teaching fitness since 1992, Yoga since 2002 and Pilates since 2011. They have four kids. After living all over the country, they moved to Utah in 2015 to realize their long planned dream of opening a studio that is welcoming to all.
In Sanskrit, the word Vega means impetus, or force. Though YogaVega offers many class formats, the precepts of Yoga are the driving force behind everything done here; namely, mindfulness, breath and intention.
YogaVega teachers come from all walks of life and are highly skilled and trained in their given fields, the very best Utah has to offer. You can read their bios from the schedule page by clicking on their names.
YogaVega welcomes you!
