Tony and Steffanie Anderson opened YogaVega in April 2017. Tony has and MBA, Steffanie has a BA in Humanities with a minor in English. She been teaching Health and Fitness since 1992. Tony was a collegiate swimmer and currently swims on the HAST Master's Team.
They have four kids. After living all over the country, they moved to Utah in 2015 to realize their long-planned dream of opening a studio that is welcoming to all.
In Sanskrit, the word Vega means impetus, or force. Though YogaVega offers many class formats, the precepts of Yoga are the driving force behind everything done here; namely, mindfulness, breath and intention.
