In Sanskrit, the word Vega means impetus, or force. Though YogaVega offers many class formats, the precepts of Yoga are the driving force behind everything done here; namely, mindfulness, breath and intention.
YogaVega teachers come from all walks of life and are highly skilled and trained in their given fields; the very best Utah has to offer. You can read their bios from the schedule page by clicking on their names.
YogaVega welcomes you, whoever you are, whatever your fitness level, personal goals and beliefs.
