After living all over the country, they moved to Utah in 2015 to realize their long-planned dream of opening a studio that is welcoming to all.

In Sanskrit, the word Vega means impetus, or force. Though YogaVega offers many class formats, the precepts of Yoga are the driving force behind everything done here; namely, mindfulness, breath and intention. YogaVega teachers come from all walks of life and are highly skilled and trained in their given fields; the very best Utah has to offer. YogaVega welcomes you, whoever you are, whatever your fitness level, personal goals and beliefs.
