Our yoga classes offer several options for poses and you are encouraged to find the option that best fits your body. Alignment cues are given often to develop stable form and good habits. There may also be pranayama (breathing), meditation and chanting depending on the instructor. All levels welcome and expected. We believe that there is a yoga for everyone and if you've tried it but don't love it, try another teacher or style. You may contact one of our 4 Member Assistants to help you find the teacher that is just right for your needs and desires.
This is the most gentle of all our yoga classes. Consists of resting poses that are held for 2-10 minutes. Helpful in restoring mind and body and releasing stress.
This class caters to those with limited range of motion, those new to yoga, and those who just want a more accessible class.
This class teaches the beginnings of Vinyasa Yoga, or flow yoga, in a safe and comfortable environment.
This class has sun salutations, fluid balances, warrior sequences and all-around good mix of strength, mindfulness, balance and flexibility.
True Power Heated Yoga
Similar class to our Vinyasa but done in a slightly heated room (no more than 92 degrees). It is our most physically intense class. Not for beginners.
