About Barre

Barre uses props and a ballet bar for exercises that develop muscle strength and stamina, especially in the lower extremities and core. Standing Barre work as well as floor work in every class. Designed for all levels but best for those looking for a hard physical workout. Classes are limited to 9 students.

Basic Barre

This class is just right for those who are new to barre, or those who prefer a more accessible class.

BodyBarre

This challenging class uses a 4-foot weighted barre for balance, resistance and strength building.

Prime BodyBarre

This accessible class uses a 4-foot weighted barre for balance, resistance and strength building. Perfect for those with limited range of motion, pre/post natal or those new to BodyBarre.

SoleDance

Come dance like no one is watching. This is a world dance class designed to be done without or with shoes. No high impact movement but plenty of intensity and emotion. Mostly women in attendance but men are also welcome. Yes, you can do this class if you're older, yes you can do it if you're young.

High/Box
